The food at The Argyle Inn is nonchalantly competent.
House made sourdough bread $8
Snacks to share such as chicken liver pâté, smoked trout dip, roasted red peppers with romesco and whipped goat’s cheese with cherry tomatoes. Starters are $14.
House made durum semolina pasta with ‘roo ragu . Buckwheat crepe stuffed with ricotta and spinach baked with napoli sauce and mozarella. Pasta $22.
Main course staples include wagyu eye fillet, duck leg confit and half roasted chook. Mains $28-44.
Sides are seasonal greens, salad, fries and duck fat potatoes. $10
Desserts are currently chocolate mousse, almond milk panna cotta and frozen nougat. $16
On most Saturday mornings you’ll find Glenbrae Produce out the front of the Inn with their fresh garden harvest.
Events
We love a good party at the Inn. From a long lunch in the dining room to whole venue takeovers and multi day weddings.
For stand up parties (buffet and canapes) we can cater up to 120pax.
For sit down we can cater up to 60pax.

For group bookings we recommend three courses for $66pp: shared antipasti, choice of mains, shared sides, choice of dessert.
Split bills: we can split bills as a percentage but are not able to split according to indvidual items.
Open at other times by arrangement. Minimum spend $550.
